It’s rare when a company will turn its brand over to the masses. But when you are looking to reward loyalty with your proud customers and your logo is as iconic as Pabst Blue Ribbon, it was a no-brainer.
While doing research for loyalty campaign ideas, Black Board (Austin, Texas) realized that the PBR brand was already in use by millions of people in their artwork. The idea was simple but magical, keep the cool use of the PBR brand coming for the PBR Drink and Draw campaign.
The campaign asked the PBR community to submit their artwork for a chance to have it featured in the campaign. They received thousands of creative entries using the brand, from paintings and images to tattoos and sculptures made from packaging. The response and creativity was phenomenal and allowed PBR to give their amazing customers a chance to proudly showcase PBR to others.
