James Hardie, the global leader in the development of fiber cement building products and related building systems, was looking to pivot their brand to a more consumer focused approach. They wanted to transform what was traditionally focused on by contractors and inspire home owners to see the possibilities premium siding could have on their homes.
James Hardie turned to Merge in Chicago to create this new experience blue print and break ground on executing a truly inspiring web experience.
Merge took a holistic view of the existing website and began by creating fluid consumer focused user flows that started with inspiration and moved through evaluation, planning, and ultimately buying. These new customer paths were then paired with color inspired creative design worked flawlessly when launched on a Kentico EMS platform upgrade.
